The campsite is a simple roadside camping area with a picnic table and garbage bins (back at the main road). Not a bad place to stay if traveling through the area, but being next to the road, there is some traffic noise.

About 48km south of Tumut on top of Black Perry Mountain. The campsite is found at the top of the steep hill, where there is a large gravel clearing beside the road. The campsite is a little further along the dirt road leaving the clearing.
